Aged in sealed American white oak without the replacement of the ‘angel’s share,’ this Reserve edition highlights the natural, concentrated evolution of our rum over decades. A distinctive aged rum with unique sensory characteristics, limited to an annual release of 5,000 glass bottles.
TASTING NOTES
Dark and intense amber color with orange highlights, dense and bright.
Aroma notes of caramel, amyl alcohol, fennel, candied and macerated fruits, almonds, cinnamon, tonka bean, coconut, cacao nibs, cigar box, and roasted notes like coffee and smokiness. On the palate, it reveals strength, elegance, and personality, highlighting its perfect balance from the very first sip.Pleasant flavors of toffee, dates, and prunes, along with almonds; the wood is elevated, filling the mouth with a magical equilibrium.
