TASTING NOTES
The rum pours a captivating copper-amber, illuminated by brilliant golden and orange glows that promise a profound sensory journey. The nose is delicate and inviting, revealing layers of candied fruits interwoven with toasted almonds, seasoned oak, and whispers of dark chocolate and roasted coffee. On the palate, it makes a bold, spirited entrance with a firm yet impeccably balanced body. A natural, honeyed sweetness plays against a subtle hint of sea salt, leading into a smooth, velvety finish that lingers with a rich, buttery mouthfeel.
SERVING SUGGESTION
To fully unlock the rum’s complexity, we recommend serving it in a rocks glass over a large ice cube with a fresh citrus twist to brighten its deep character and sweetness.
